Comfort Inn & Suites Daphne Spanish Fort - Mobile East

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. Super clean, huge room, great service, and hot breakfast. This hotel was conveniently located close to the interstate and offered a great selection of restaurants near by and many deliverable options. Lots of shopping options as well. The pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel will do in a pinch. We needed to stay 1 night. Not a big selection for breakfast, but it is hotel breakfast, which is the typical norm. The rooms feel old and had DirecTV. It was raining, so the TV didn't work. There were stains on the shower curtain and the carpet was ripped in the room. All in all, it did for the night.

Wonderful check-in and check-out experience, all with staff that seemed to genuinely care. Breakfast (hot) was good for a two star rated location, with excellent service as well. (Management should definitely give the breakfast staff a raise, or at least have two people on-hand during a holiday weekend.) Room was clean (including under UV). Pool was slightly over chlorinated, but hotel pools usually need to be. My only real concerns would be (a) AC unit tune-up in my room needed (staff informed on checkout) before true summer begins and (b) ventilation in the combination laundry / ice machine room on the third floor needs to be done. (The dryer in this room turns it into an absolute furnace.)

My husband, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment, experienced a dizzy spell in the lobby and fell. We had to call 911, and during a very frightening moment far from home, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. The front desk clerk, Lynnelle, and the maintenance staff member on site were incredibly kind, calm, and supportive. They assisted my husband immediately, helped me stay composed, and made sure all of our belongings were safe. While I spoke with the paramedics, they even took the time to bring my suitcases up to our room for me. Their compassion and professionalism meant more to me than I can express. In a stressful and vulnerable situation, they made us feel cared for and safe. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. It is clean, comfortable, and most importantly, staffed by genuinely caring people. Thank you for helping me when I needed it most.

Got this at a decent price. It's better than just your average budget hotel, but still needs improvements. Their vending machine on the first floor wasn't working on a long holiday weekend. But the rooms are comfortable, clean & pleasant to stay in. Staff was also professional, warm and helpful. The manager present in the morning was dutifully checking on breakfast and other front desk tasks with care. Breakfast is included, continental, they do have warm eggs/fare & it was satisfactory. Would I come here on a future visit to Mobile? Yes, absolutely. Recommend, 4/5.

Clean room and great breakfast with waffle maker, eggs biscuits and gravy. I found the staff to be very nice and hospitable.

We left here this morning and I have to say it was a good stay. All the staff were excellent. Our breakfast was amazing, so many choices to choose from we loved it. Our room was clean, good water pressure, and the ac kept us good and cold. I would definitely recommend this place. We will be back. About 45 minutes from gulf shores but the ride was great and plenty to do. Also we were here for mandate graduation at coastal college, about a 15 minute driver there from hotel

Use this hotel occasionally due to the strict privacy requirements of my work. The only issue I have consistently is that the WiFi is very hit or miss to the point where, most of the time, I have to use my phone's hotspot.
